Job’s Tears (Coix lacryma-jobi) have traditionally been used to make rosaries in the southeastern part of the US for quiet sometime. I was first turned onto their usage by Cajun folks in Louisiana.

A fox vertebra and deer vertebra disk is used for the crucifix.
